CONCEPT DESIGN
Once commissioned by you, we set up a meeting to discuss initial concept of design and most important budget. We carefully go over all aspects of the design & construction process, asking and answering questions, so that we fully understand each others expectations. This is one of the most important stages of our services, it is important that everything is planned and accounted for. Scope of work, drawings, materials, schedule, and budget all have to be done in detail so that the following stages can be something to look forward to.
