Wendy G. Perez
As the Project Manager & Real Estate Consultant for Spacelab, Wendy maintains close day to day relationships with both clients and vendors. Her primary responsibility is, assisting our clients in meeting cost, schedule and order tracking of materials for all projects.
As our in house Real Estate Consultant, Wendy consults our clients on current or future selling & buying of residential property. In addition, she is the founder of our sister company Blueprint Development, but most important she is responsible for creating GREEN SPACE a new division within Spacelab. In working as our project manager and now a licensed realtor, Wendy is an invaluable asset to our team. Wendy’s experience of more than 10 years in product management comes from being responsible for a 12 million dollar division with one of the largest women’s footwear vendor in the world. During her time there, she oversaw all order processing, scheduling, negotiation, and inventory. Prior to being at the Nine West Group, Wendy performed her internship at the buying office of Bloomingdale’s. In addition, during this time she was responsible for sales and merchandising for the retail division also at Bloomingdale’s. It’s no wonder our clients are very pleased to have their projects come on budget and on schedule.
Wendy received her bachelor’s degree in merchandise management from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
